Point Piper Residence (in progress) | Sydney

Point Piper Residence is a beautiful apartment, set against a picturesque outlook. The project has been in the planning for the past year, and we have just recently started our part in the mass renovation process. A project which demanded attention to detail on all finishes and technology which is hidden, AVD designed a CDP in a common space, for maximal internal space. Alongside electrical contracting company Project Connection, to bring together control of; Lighting, Security, HVAC, CCTV, internet, Audio visual, and automated features. We looking forward to its completion, later this year.
